How We Can Work Together

  • Nature Coaching Sessions

    We’ll meet for 1-2 hours at a nearby trail or park and walk together while you get coaching support on a problem or topic of your choosing. I’ll listen and ask the good questions that help you gain clarity, and nature always provides surprising messages and insights. 

  • Half or Full Day Retreat

    Gift yourself  a morning, an afternoon, or a whole day to get away from your regular routine and take a break in nature. You’ll be surprised by how rejuvenating it is to slow down and be present with yourself and your surroundings. All you need to do is show up with clothes to match the weather. I’ll take care of logistics and treats.

  • Customized Magical Overnight

    Do you wish someone would curate a wild yet supported experience that will allow you to connect more deeply to the natural world?

    I will curate the perfect amount of structure and freedom, so the wild magic can arise. Just bring yourself and your clothes and toiletries. I’ll take care of food, snacks, overnight supplies, and just the right amount of guided activities and coaching. Options abound from rustic camping to glamping to full-on bed and breakfast in gorgeous private nature settings. 

Why coach or retreat in nature with me? 

My favorite thing in the world is to immerse in a beautiful patch of woods or field or beach, sit or walk quietly, and see what I discover. I have a knack for finding secret wild places in even the most urban settings. People tell me that when they meet with me outside, they notice things they have never seen before. They feel more grounded and in touch with their inner and outer surroundings. Time slows down and possibility expands.

I have decades of experience and practical outdoor knowledge that will allow you to feel safe and supported in wild places, engaging with your curiosity and wonder. Whether it’s a spring night camping under the stars and twinkling fireflies, a winter morning strolling along a quiet misty bayou, or an afternoon communing with ancient oak trees, I will create a retreat-like experience for you to drop in, connect, and return with a renewed spirit.

Let’s meet for a virtual nature coaching session or mini-retreat. I will support you to find a peaceful place near your home to walk and be. We will stay connected as you experience a magical journey, even when on a familiar trail. When you fully tune in with your senses, surprises and synchronicities from the natural world provide messages and unexpected insights. You’ll leave with a clear next step along with a new connection to a nature place near you that you can return to over and over for new insights and renewed calm.
