Nature heals. Being in nature is so good for us. Connecting with the trees and sky can be transformative. If you're craving more quiet time in nature join me for calming morning stillness walk.
We'll practice noticing and being present in nature, making the walk restorative and refreshing. We will go slowly, enjoying a delicious morning walk, and if weather permits, explore the willow forest at the edge of the Mississippi River. I'll be picking up trash too, probably - so good deed for the day done too!
Now that the days are long it's so good for our bodies to get up and enjoy the morning light! We'll meet early enough that you can get in some quiet time in nature before you head to work.
If it's extra warm, bring some water to rehydrate!
I'll be heading to the Farmers' Market afterward if you'd like to join - the month of June is the Eat Local Challenge, so get some fresh berries, peaches, goat cheese, tomatoes, cukes - who knows what else!
