Morning nature stillness walk

Nature heals. Being in nature is so good for us. Connecting with the trees and sky can be transformative. If you're craving more quiet time in nature in 2016, join me for weekly stillness walks in our beautiful local parks. 

This week we'll meet at Audubon Park.  Spring has sprung and it will be lovely.

We'll walk in any weather, so dress for whatever it's doing that day!
